Use the whole roasted Piemont IGP hazelnuts to decorate cakes or use in chunky hazelnut biscotti. Cover a layer of the hazelnuts in homemade caramel and make delectable hazelnut brittle to decorate ice cream, chocolate mousses or cheesecakes.

The hazelnuts are grown in Piemonte, or Piedmont, a region of northwest Italy that borders France and Switzerland.
